Stay on developed trails and leave plants and other natural features in place. Dogs must follow the designated-area rules; guide and service animal provisions are separate. Avoid approaching or feeding wildlife, even when animals are accustomed to seeing visitors.

Ask the discovery center about the equipment needed for a seasonal activity and its availability. Admission alone does not reserve a rental item. The physical entrance is at 330 rang des 25 Est, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville. Road approaches include Highway 30 exit 80 and Highway 20 exits 98 or 102. Use the physical entrance rather than the administrative postal address in Boucherville. Download the map for the activity and season you intend to use.

Nearby parks by road

Parc national des Îles-de-Boucherville is another Montérégie park, reached by road from Autoroute 25 toward Île Charron. Parc national de la Yamaska is near Granby and Roxton Pond, with an entrance on boulevard David-Bouchard. Each is a separate destination with its own access arrangements.

Walking and seasonal outdoor activities

Use the trail map to select a forest or lake walk suited to the time available. The Vieux-Moulin and discovery center areas add stops to the outing. Winter rental services support seasonal activities, but check current trail conditions before choosing skis or snowshoes. Demand can be high, so reserve rental equipment by phone when possible.

Discovery center and accessible services

The discovery center provides reception, a shop and seasonal equipment services. Its dining room is closed October 19–November 20, 2026, with coffee and microwave services unavailable during the work. The Lac des Bouleaux rental center and orchard are closed. The center, Vieux-Moulin, toilets and picnic areas have access provisions for reduced mobility. Ask about the precise route between them; facility access does not make the entire trail network accessible. Electric vehicle charging is available in parking area P2.

About Mont-Saint-Bruno

Protection of a Montérégie hill

The park was created in 1985. Its hill belongs to the Montérégie group, with geology shaped by ancient igneous intrusions. Forest and wetland habitats now form a protected area within an urban and agricultural setting.

A small park with conservation pressures

Pileated woodpeckers and white-tailed deer occur in the park. Their browsing pressure on vegetation is a conservation concern shared with the Boucherville islands. Keep a respectful distance and do not feed them.
